Returns & Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase you are welcome to return any full priced item for an EXCHANGE or CREDIT NOTE provided we receive the intent for return within 24 hours of receipt  and:

•    The goods arrive to us in perfect condition they were sent in, saleable.
•    The goods have not been worn or washed or in any way altered from original condition.
•    All swing tags are securely still attached.

*We suggest that all garments are tried on by you on receipt so that an exchange or return can be fulfilled within our policy time frame.

Returns Process

  • Upon receiving your item advise us via email ( that your item has been delivered
  • Request an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  • Notify us of the reason for the return and confirm if you wish to exchange for an alternate size/ style or be issued with a Credit note (valid for 6 months).
  • We will review your request and either authorize or decline, depending on the length of time that has passed since your order was received.
  • If your item needs to be inspected or returned to our Head Office make sure it is Express post with tracking number and must be delivered within 42 hours to the following address:

PLEASE NOTE: Return shipping must be prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. We take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. We may not accept liability for the return shipments.

*Receiving an RMA# does not guarantee that your purchase will be exchanged or refunded, it only guarantees an assessment of the item, once the item has been received and assessed, you will be notified in your account of a refund that has been processed for your returned item, or will receive a Credit Voucher in your account that can be used at your next Checkout  to pay for your purchases.

*We do not refund shipping charges for goods returned, unless it is due to a fault in the garment.


  • We will gladly offer a Refund or Credit Note for any full-priced items if the garment is deemed faulty by our production department after inspection and NOT for change of mind.
  • NO Refund/ Exchange will be issued for any reduced or SALE items
  • NO Refund/ Exchange will be issued for any CUSTOMER SPECIALS (including Evening wear)
  • NO Refund will be issued for any PRE ORDER (please note the delivery date available)
  • Credit Voucher is not redeemable for cash nor acceptable at any of our other private stockists.
  • All accepted return refunds are applied to the original card or account of purchase. Be aware that card refunds may take up to 10 business days to clear.

    *We suggest you refer to the photos provided and size chart available to view before placing your order. Feel free to enquire about any available items before proceeding to check-out.


  • An exchange can only be accepted after requesting an RMA# and returning the original item(s) within 42 hours of receipt, then the customer may select another item of their choice or request a credit note (does not include postage charge)
  • In the event an item has been exchanged for a lesser valued item, the remaining amount will only be credited with a credit voucher.
  • A credit voucher can be redeemed on our eBoutique

Faulty Items

We apologise for any inconvenience a faulty garment may cause and will refund at our discretion for any items deemed faulty by our QC department. Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or carelessness are not considered a fault. Please note our digital prints have flecks, irregularities and imperfections which are characteristic of the design and not considered a fault.

Footwear & Bags

Please try footwear on a carpeted surface before general wear. Leather goods need to be treated appropriately. If you wish to return a product, it must be returned unmarked and in their original packaging and box.
