Shipping and Delivery

NICOLA FINETTI offers delivery Australia wide and Internationally.

FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $500 YOU RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING!

Orders

Orders will be processed for shipment within 24 hours of receipt Monday- Friday.
Orders will not be shipped on weekends or public holidays, they will be processed and ready for shipping the following business day.
All purchased items, have gone through QC and will be given another inspection prior to dispatch to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition.

When Do We Deliver?

Express post and express courier delivery is 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
If you have a specific request regarding the delivery of your order, please e-mail eboutique@nicolafinetti.com and don’t forget to quote your Order Number.

Insurance

All items shipped are insured by www.nicolafinetti.com during the time that the order is in transit until it is delivered to the nominated delivery address. In using www.nicolafinetti.com you accept that an order is considered delivered when Australia Post Express Post updates the Express Post tracking number for that shipment to ‘Delivered’.

Please be advised if you choose to refuse a shipment from us, the original shipping charges, duties and taxes incurred will be at the customer’s expense.

Domestic Shipping (1 – 3 days)

For shipping within Australia and New Zealand we use Express Post (Next Day Delivery, Registered and available Online Tracking)
Deliveries via Express Post to metropolitan areas will usually arrive within 48 hours of shipping.
Tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Domestic shipping is $12.50 flat rate (For orders under $500)

International Shipping (3 – 7 days)

All international orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Courier International
Tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
International shipping is charged at a $45 flat rate (For orders under $500)
